The Shingle We Trust

by IKO

IKO Dynasty with ArmourZone

Our standard architectural shingle. It carries the ratings that matter in Utah — wind, hail and fire — and it is backed by a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty on top of our own workmanship coverage.

  • 130 MPH limited wind warrantyArmourZone — a 1¼" reinforced woven nailing band — gives the fasteners far more to hold onto than a standard strip.
  • Class 3 impact resistanceMay qualify you for a homeowner insurance discount — worth a call to your agent to confirm before you choose.
  • FastLock sealantBonds tighter as it warms in the sun, which is exactly what you want going into a Utah summer after a spring install.
  • Algae-resistant granulesBuilt in, not sprayed on — they resist the blue-green streaking that ages a roof visually long before it fails.
  • Class A fire ratingASTM E108 / UL 790 — the highest rating available for a residential roof covering.

Limited lifetime warranty includes a 15-year Iron Clad Protection period, a 130 MPH limited wind warranty and a 10-year limited algae-resistance warranty. See IKO's limited warranty for complete terms, conditions and application requirements.

Every Roof We Install

A complete system, not just shingles

A roof is only as good as what sits under and around it. This is standard on every replacement we quote — never an upsell.

Full tear-off

Old material removed down to the deck and hauled away — no layering over a failing roof.

Deck inspection

Every sheet checked for rot and soft spots once it is exposed, with findings shown to you.

Synthetic underlayment

Tear-resistant and far more stable than felt across Utah's temperature swings.

Ice & water shield

Self-sealing membrane in the valleys and eaves where ice dams do their damage.

New flashing

Chimneys, walls, valleys and penetrations reflashed — reused flashing is where leaks start.

Ridge ventilation

Balanced intake and exhaust so the attic breathes — it protects the deck and the shingles above it.

Drip edge & starter

New metal edging plus a proper starter course and matching ridge cap on every plane.

Magnetic nail sweep

Yard, driveway and walkways swept at the end of every day — not just the last one.

Color Studio

Choose your colors

Browse the IKO Dynasty palette and our standard trim finishes. Pick a combination you like and send it along with your estimate request — we will bring physical samples to your inspection.

Three promises in writing

Lifetime workmanship warranty

We stand behind every installation for life. If our work fails, we fix it — no fine print, no ticking clock.

No-surprise pricing

The price you sign is the price you pay. Any additional work — rotted decking, structural repairs — requires a written change order signed by you before we proceed.

3-day right to cancel

Change your mind? You have three business days from signing to cancel for a full refund of any deposit — no questions asked.

Common Questions

Got questions? We've got answers.

Most homes are completed in a single day. Larger or more complex roofs may take two to three days. You get a firm timeline once we confirm material specifics.

We watch the forecast and will reschedule rather than open up a roof we cannot dry in. If weather turns mid-install, the exposed area is covered and secured before the crew leaves the site.

Yes. We are licensed and insured in Utah, and we are glad to send current license and certificate of insurance documentation before any work begins.

Two layers. The shingle manufacturer warrants the materials, and we back the installation itself with our lifetime workmanship warranty. Both are provided in writing.

No. Many customers are at work the whole day. We do ask that you are reachable by phone in case a question comes up, and we walk the finished roof with you whenever your schedule allows.

Yes. We tarp landscaping and hardscape before tear-off, keep debris contained, and finish every job with a magnetic sweep of the yard, driveway and walkways for nails.

Decking condition is only fully visible after tear-off. If we find rot or structural damage, we stop, show you, and issue a written change order with the cost. Nothing extra gets billed without your signature first.

We document the damage with photographs and measurements, provide the scope your adjuster needs, and can meet the adjuster on site. The claim decision is always your insurer's, but you will not be handling the paperwork alone.

Call us and we come back out. That is what the lifetime workmanship warranty is for, and you keep a direct line to us rather than a call center.

How It Works

What happens next

  1. Step one

    Free inspection

We walk your roof, photograph what we find, and give you a straight assessment — including when the honest answer is that you do not need a new roof yet.

  2. Within 48 hours

    Written proposal

An itemized scope and a firm price, with your material and color choices spelled out. No obligation and no pressure to decide on the spot.

  3. Install day

    Crew arrives

Most homes are installed in a single day. The crew arrives between 7 and 8 AM, protects your property, and cleans up before leaving.

  4. After install

    Walkthrough & warranty

Final inspection together, warranty registration handled for you, and a direct line to us for as long as you own the home.
